    You can search for Occlus directly within your scanner partner portal. Step-by-step instructions are available on our Scanner Connection Guide page.

    If you prefer, we also accept STL or PLY files exported from your scanner. These can be sent via email — just contact us at hello@occlus.com.au, and our team will be happy to assist.

  • Our standard turnaround time is typically 5–9 business days.

    Turnaround may vary depending on case complexity or specific clinical requirements, but we’ll always keep you informed if additional time is needed.

  • Unfortunately, no. Occlus is a 100% digital dental lab and does not accept physical impressions.

    By working fully digitally, we’re able to deliver greater precision, consistency, and industry-leading turnaround times — without the delays and variability of traditional workflows.
