Getting started with Occlus is easy.

This guide walks you through how to connect your intraoral scanner and submit digital cases smoothly.

    1. Log into your 3Shape Communicate account (communicate.3shape.com)

    2. Go to the “Connections” tab

    3. Click “Add Connection”

    4. Enter our lab email: hello@occlus.com.au

    5. Click “Connect” and wait for confirmation

    6. Once accepted, you can send scans to us directly

    1. Log into your myiTero account

    2. Click the Settings icon → Select Practice Settings

    3. Go to the My Labs tab → Click Add Lab

    4. Search for “occlus” and click Connect

    5. Confirm the connection — it will appear under My Labs once linked

    6. After connection, select occlus when submitting new cases

    1. Log into Medit Link

    2. Go to the “Partners” tab

    3. Click “Add Partner”

    4. Search for: occlus or use email: hello@occlus.com.au

    5. Click “Request” to connect. Once approved, you can send scans directly

    1. Log in to your DS Core account

    2. In the top-right corner, click on your account name and select “Practice”

    3. From the Practice menu, go to “Preferred Labs”

    4. Click “Add Preferred Labs”

    5. In the search bar, type: occlus

    6. The lab list will adjust as you type. Once you see our name, click “Add Lab”

    7. A confirmation window will appear — click “Add Lab” again to confirm

    8. Use the left arrow in the top-left corner to return to your Preferred Labs list

    9. occlus will now appear with the status “Active”
